We are a wine business and through wine production, vineyard, viticulture production, and our various wine brands we ultimately need to sell the wine to be able to sustain the whole business enterprise. When you are trying to transform people’s lives you can’t say, “In ten years from now, when we are a profitable business we will give you benefits.” So the challenge has always been – as we are striving to increase our business and make it sustainable – to offer those benefits already. Which has put a lot of cash flow pressure on the business.
